摘 要:采用羧甲基纤维素(CMC)负载Fe^2+催化剂的方法对未漂硫酸盐针叶木浆纤维表面进行Fenton氧化处理,利用场发射扫描电子显微镜(ESEM)和紫外可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)分析确定了CMC-Fe^2+复合催化剂在纸浆纤维表面的吸附状态;通过对纤维形态、比打浆能耗、零距抗张强度和抗张指数进行分析,探讨了纤维表面Fenton氧化处理对纤维素聚合度、打浆过程中的纤维形态变化、纤维自身强度变化以及对比打浆能耗和浆张抗张指数的影响。结果表明,经CMC-Fe^2+复合催化剂催化氧化的纸浆,纤维素平均聚合度略微下降,在基本不影响纤维形态和自身强度的条件下,与未经处理的原浆相比,打浆8000转时,比打浆能耗下降9%;打浆能耗为2633kWh/t时,浆张抗张指数提高6.9%。Carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)supported Fe^2+catalyst was used to perform Fenton oxidation pretreatment on the surface of un?bleached kraft pulp fiber.The adsorption of CMC-Fe^2+composite catalyst on the surface of pulp fiber was determined by modern instrumental analysis methods such as ESEM and UV-vis.By means of fiber morphology analysis,specific beating energy consumption measurement,ze?ro-span tensile strength and tensile index analysis,the influence of Fenton oxidation pretreatment on fiber surface on fiber morphology change during beating,fiber inherent strength change,specific beating energy consumption and paper tensile index were discussed.The re?sults showed that the degree of cellulose polymerization of the pulp fiber treated with Fenton surface oxidation decreased slightly.Under the condition that the fiber morphology and strength were basically not affected,the beating energy consumption of the pulp fiber decreased by 9%when beating at 8000 r and the tensile index increased by 6.9%when the beating energy consumption of beating was 2633 kWh/t com?pared with that of the untreated pulp fiber.
