摘　　要：简要介绍了在蒸汽冷凝水系统中智能控制的基本功能,主要包括自动暖缸控制、自动停机控制和蒸汽压力控制、阀门检测报警控制等功能。蒸汽冷凝水系统是纸机干燥部的重要组成部分,利用蒸汽将烘缸加热从而干燥纸幅。在高温高压环境下的蒸汽冷凝水系统应尽量选用智能控制,既可以提高工作效率和系统的安全性,也可以减少人为操作错误和人员伤害风险。Due to the high-temperature and high-pressure of steam condensation system,the high-pressure steam will be divided into two parts:secondary steam and condensate water once it entered the system,both of which can be recycled.Further,secondary steam can be recycled in the steam condensation system,while condensate water can be converted into pure waterfor other systems,such as boilers,water needle systems,etc.In papermaking industry,steam condensation system,which utilizes steam to heat the cylinders to dry paper sheets,is an important part of dryer sectionfor paper machines.Especially,working under such high-temperature and high-pressure environment,manual operation should be minimized first,and intelligent automation control should also be adopted.In that casework efficiency and system security can be improved as well as the risk of human operation errors and personnel injury will be reduced.This paper briefly introduces the basic functions of intelligent control in steam condensation water system,including automatic heating cylinder control,automatic shutdown control,steam pressure control,valve detection alarm control and other functions.
