摘　　要：介绍了PBSⅡ废纸质量分析仪的原理和优点,并使用该仪器分别检测了旧报纸、旧瓦楞纸、旧杂志纸和混合办公废纸水分、灰分、纤维、塑料的含量以及机械浆与化学浆的比例五大指标,发现检测数据重复性好,与实验室常规检测方法所得结果对比,PBSⅡ废纸质量分析仪准确性高,且两种方法测得的水分、灰分含量相关性均较高,R2分别为0.9976和0.9991,因此该仪器可定量评估废纸原料相关的质量参数。The principle and advantages of PBSⅡ-measuring device for the quality control of recovered paper bales were introduced.The instrument was used to detect the moisture,ash,fiber,plastic and chemical pulp content in old newspaper,corrugated paper,magazine paper and mixed office waste paper respectively.It was found that the test data had good repeatability.Compared with the results obtained by routine laboratory testing methods,the results showed that the accuracy of the instrument was high,and the correlation of moisture and ash content measured by the two methods was high,R2 was 0.9976 and 0.9991,respectively.The instrument could be used to quantitatively evaluate the quality parameters related to waste paper raw materials.
