浅谈制浆造纸厂臭气的流量测量

摘　　要：硫酸盐法制浆在工业生产中经常会碰到大量程比流量测量的问题,受管道口径、使用温度和压力等工艺参数的影响,使流量计的选型有些困难。结合现场实际应用情况,比较了几种大量程比流量计的特点和应用场合,主要介绍了项目中采用孔板配合双变送器分段测量大量程比流量的方法。With the development of pulp cooking,washing,screening,bleaching and chemical recovery technology,as well as the advantages of environmental protection,the position of kraft process in pulp and paper production has been continuously improved.In industrial production,the problem of flow measurement with large range ratio is often encountered.Because of the influence of process parameters such as pipe caliber,temperature and pressure,it is difficult to select the type of flowmeter.Based on the practical application,we compared the characteristics and application occasions of several flowmeters with large range ratio,and mainly introduce a sectional measurement method of flow with large range ratio by the dual transmitter with orifice in the project.
