摘 要:研究了造纸初沉污泥、生化污泥和气浮化学污泥的基本性质及其分别经十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)调理后污泥比阻(SRF)、毛细吸水时间(CST)、泥饼含水率等指标的相关性。结果表明,不同污泥在组分含量和微观形态上存在较大差异;初沉污泥各指标间的线性相关性不高,用CST、SRF反应脱水性能有一定的局限性,可用作辅助或定性分析;生化污泥和气浮化学污泥各指标间的线性相关性较高,CST和SRF的相关性系数分别为0.97和0.98,CST、SRF与真空抽滤后泥饼的含水率和压滤装置压榨后泥饼含水率均具有良好的线性相关性,可用于评价两种污泥在带式压滤、板框压滤下的脱水效果,但不能用于评价污泥的离心脱水性能。The characters of primary sludge,biochemical sludge and aerosol chemical sludge in paper mill were studied.Correlation between specific resistance to filtration(SRF),capillary suction time(CST),sludge cake moisture content index after the sludges adjusted by CTAB were studied.The results indicated that there were significant differences in composition and micromorphology of different sludge,the correlation of indicators was not good and characterization of dehydration performance by CST and SRF was irrational in primary sludge.A significant positive linear correlation between SRF and CST(R2 values were 0.97 and 0.98,respectively)for biochemical sludge and aerosol chemical sludge.CST and SRF had good linear correlation with water content of mud cake after vacuum filtration and mud cake after pressing by pressure filter device.They could precisely reflect belt filter press and frame filter press efficiency,but they failed to predict the effects of centrifugal dewatering.
