摘  要:以分析纯氢氧化钡作为钡源,采用硫酸钡共沉淀法对甲基磺酸(MSA)体系镀锡液进行除铅。研究了氢氧化钡添加量、反应时间和沉降时间对除铅效果的影响,得到较优的除铅工艺为:Ba^2+添加量是初始Pb^2+浓度的25倍,反应时间不少于30min,自然沉降时间不少于3h。在此基础上设计了一套除铅装置,采用该装置可将镀液的铅含量降到1mg/L以下,并得到铅含量低于50mg/kg的镀锡板。Lead was removed from methanesulfonic acid(MSA)tin plating bath by coprecipitation with barium sulfate using analytically pure barium hydroxide as barium source.The effects of barium hydroxide dosage,reaction time,and sedimentation time on lead removal efficiency were studied.The process conditions were optimized as follows:Ba^2+dosage 25 times of initial Pb^2+content,reaction time not less than 30 min,and natural sedimentation time not less than 3 hours.A set of lead removal equipment was designed based on the experiments,by which the lead content in tin plating bath can be reduced to 1 mg/L below and tin plates with a lead content below 50 mg/kg can be produced.
