摘　　要：研究了双组分水性羟基丙烯酸涂料用高浓度消光剂的制备工艺,讨论了不同用量的润湿分散剂、羟基丙烯酸树脂分散体、中和剂及增稠剂对消光剂的分散状态、流动性及其加入亮光白漆后所得漆膜的性能的影响,获得了如下适宜的配方(以质量分数表示):羟基丙烯酸分散体30%,消光粉20%,去离子水40.2%,中和剂(用水稀释至10%)3%,润湿剂0.3%,消泡剂0.2%,增稠剂0.3%,润湿分散剂6%。优化条件下制备的消光剂贮存稳定性好,将其按不同比例手动调入亮光白漆内,可便捷地制得不同光泽的漆膜,而且漆膜各项性能满足企业要求。The preparation of high-concentration matting agent for two-pack waterborne hydroxyl functional acrylic paint was studied.The effects of the dosages of wetting dispersant,hydroxyl acrylic resin dispersion,neutralizer,and thickener on the dispersity and flowability of matting agent as well as the properties of the coating obtained from the high-gloss white paint mixed with matting agent were discussed.The optimal formulation was obtained as follows:hydroxyl acrylic resin dispersion 30wt.%,matting powder 20wt.%,deionized water 40.2wt.%,neutralizer(diluted to 10wt.%with water)3wt.%,wetting agent 0.3wt.%,defoamer 0.2wt.%,thickener 0.3wt.%,and wetting dispersant 6wt.%.The matting agent prepared thereby has a good storage stability,and facilitates the preparation of coatings with various glossiness by manually adding it with different proportions to the high-gloss white paint.The properties of the coatings obtained meet the user’s requirements.
