摘　　要：行政文化建设对深化政府管理体制改革、推动行政体制运行、建设人民满意的政府具有重要意义。当前,我国行政文化建设面临不少突出问题,主要表现在官本位意识依然浓厚、人治思维尚未消除、特权思想依然严重、圈子文化在不同范围存在、懒政思想有所抬头等方面。解决这些问题,需要加大先进行政文化宣传教育、规范权力运行机制、完善选人用人机制、建立官员容错纠错机制以及建设民本法治、公正平等、积极有为的行政文化。The construction of administrative culture is of great significance to deepening the reform of government management sys?tem,promoting the operation of administrative system and building a government that people are satisfied with.At present,the con?struction of administrative culture in our country is facing many prominent problems,which are mainly manifested in the following as?pects:the sense of official standard is still strong,the thought of ruling by man has not been eliminated,the thought of privilege is still serious,the circle culture exists in different areas,and the thought of lazy government is on the rise.To solve these problems,it is nec?essary to strengthen the propaganda and education of advanced administrative culture,standardize the operation mechanism of power,perfect the mechanism of selecting and employing people,establish a fault-tolerant and error-correcting mechanism for officials,build a fair and equal civil rule of law,and active administrative culture.
