摘 要:为了解湖羊血液无浆体病的流行情况,采用巢式PCR对采自河南省驻马店、洛阳、安阳、汝州市共4个地区湖羊的165份血液样品,基于无浆体16S rRNA和MSP4基因进行检测。结果表明,共测出嗜吞噬细胞无浆体(Anaplasma phagocytophilum)、牛无浆体(A.bovis)和绵羊无浆体(A.ovis)3种无浆体,阳性率分别为1.21%(2/165)、9.70%(16/165)和24.85%(41/165);无浆体总阳性率为32.73%(54/165)。表明湖羊无浆体感染普遍存在,不同饲养方式、不同年龄湖羊的无浆体阳性率存在差异。In order to understand the infection situation of Anaplasma in blood of Hu sheep,a total of 165 blood specimens were collected from four cities including Zhumadian,Luoyang,Anyang and Ruzhou in Henan province.Anaplasma was examined based on 16S rRNA and MSP4 gene by the nested PCR.The result showed that three species of Anaplasma were found in blood samples,including A.phagocytophilum,A.bovis,A.ovis,whose infection rate was 1.21%(2/165),9.70%(16/165)and 24.85%(41/158)respectively.The overall infection rate of Anaplasma in blood of Hu Sheep was 32.73%(54/165).The results indicated that Anaplasma infection was ubiquitous in blood of Hu sheep.There were differences in Anaplasma infection of Hu sheep of different feeding patterns and different ages.
