摘 要:基于甘肃省岷县425户当归种植户实地调研数据,首先构建生产函数模型对不同兼业化行为下农户当归最优种植规模进行测算,其次运用多元回归模型实证分析影响当归种植规模的因素。结果显示,纯农户、农兼型、兼农型和非农户家庭当归最优种植规模分别为0.92、1.33、1.23、0.74 hm 2,其中纯农户和非农户处于规模报酬递增,农兼型和兼农型处于规模报酬递减;受教育程度、农业收入占比、土地流转经历、电商平台、加入合作社和地形因素对农户当归种植规模有促进作用;离当归交易市场的距离和在银行贷款的困难程度对农户当归种植规模有制约作用。农户现有种植规模与适度规模存在一定差距,提出应该建立信息交流平台、鼓励农户进行土地流转,实现规模化经营,促进各生产要素的优化配置。Based on the field survey data of 425 Angelica planters in Min county,Gansu province,the production function model was constructed to estimate the optimal planting scale of Angelica under different concurrent business practices.Then,the factors of affecting the planting scale of Angelica were empirically analyzed by using multiple regression model.The results showed that the optimal planting scale of Angelica of farmer households,farmer households with part-time employment,part-time farmer households with employment and non-farmer households was 0.92 hm 2,1.33 hm 2,1.23 hm 2 and 0.74 hm 2,respectively.Among them,the scale reward of farmer households and non-farmer households was on the increase,while the scale reward of farmer households with part-time employment and part-time farmer households with employment was decreasing.The factors of educational level,proportion of agricultural income,experience of land circulation,e-commerce platform,joining cooperatives and topographic factors had a positive effect on farmer’s planting scale of Angelica.And the distance from Angelica trading market and the difficulty of bank loans had a restrictive effect on farmer’s planting scale of Angelica.There is a certain gap between the existing planting scale and the moderate scale of farmers.It is proposed that an information exchange platform should be established,farmers should be encouraged to carry out land transfer,large-scale operation should be realized,and the optimal allocation of production factors should be promoted.
