摘 要:针对磁后坐发电机保险片后坐保险机构在跌落冲击下的安全性和在发射冲击下的解除保险可靠性问题,利用商业软件LS-DYNA仿真分析了保险片材料、磁芯与磁芯托间隙不同情况下的响应,得到了保险片材料、磁芯与磁芯托间隙不同情况下遭受两种冲击时的变形时刻或剪断时刻,即引信磁后坐发电机保险片后坐保险机构的保险特性和解除保险特性。在磁芯托直径较大(较小)情况下,磁后坐发电机保险片后坐保险机构在发射环境中解除保险时间较短(长),在跌落环境下凹陷程度较大(小)。在设计磁后坐发电机保险片后坐保险机构时,在保证跌落安全前提下,保险片材料屈服强度越小,磁芯托内径越大,发电机磁芯受过载落底时间越短,发电能量越多。可为引信磁后坐发电机保险片后坐保险机构设计提供参考。Aiming at the magnetic setback motor safety device of the safety of dropping and the arming reliability,the response of the safety feature and the gap between the core and the core base under different conditions was simulated and analyzed by commercial software LS-DYNA.The deformation and shearing moment of different materials and different structural sizes of the safety feature under two kinds of impact were obtained,that was safety and arming characteristics of fuze magnetic setback motor safety device.Under the condition of larger(smaller)magnetic core base diameter,the arming time of the magnetic setback motor safety device was short(long)in launching environment and the pitting degree was large(small)in dropping environment.In the process of designing the fuze magnetic setback motor safety device,the smaller the yield strength of the material was,the larger the inner diameter of the magnetic core base was,the shorter the time of the magnetic core falling under overload,the greater the power generation energy was.
