摘  要:针对伺服阀生产过程中,关键部件伺服阀滑阀副配磨精度的影响因素众多,配磨试验检测设备的机械结构复杂的问题,设计了伺服阀滑阀副配磨试验台,提出了综合控制滑阀副配磨精度的方法。该方法应用流体力学和系统控制理论,给出了滑阀副重叠量及对称性测量的原理和方法,分析并量化了影响伺服阀滑阀副配磨精度的各种因素。通过试验和测试结果表明,采用综合控制各影响因素的配磨方法,加工生产的滑阀副误差及重复性满足要求,內泄指标及压力增益较好。Aiming at the problems such as many influencing factors of the grinding-in accuracy of servo valve’s slide valve which is the key component and complexcity of testing equipment’s mechanical structure for the grinding-in test in the production process of servo valve,a grinding-in test bed of servo valve’s slide valve was designed,and a comprehensive method for controlling the grinding-in accuracy of slide valve was proposed.Based on hydrodynamics and system control theory,the principle and method of measuring overlap and symmetry of slide valve was put forward.The influencing factors of the grinding-in accuracy of servo valve’s slide valve were analyzed and quantified.The test results showed that the slide valves which was produced by use of comprehensive controlling method for the influencing factors could meet the requirements on the error and repeatability,and the internal leakage index and pressure gain were superior.
