摘　　要：目的探讨影响婴儿发生乳糖酶缺乏的相关因素,为婴儿乳糖酶缺乏防治工作提供依据。方法选取250例1岁以内的婴儿(新生儿除外)为研究对象,通过尿半乳糖定性检测分为乳糖酶缺乏组和乳糖酶非缺乏组,分析婴儿发生乳糖酶缺乏的影响因素。结果250例婴儿中乳糖酶缺乏205例(82.0%)。单因素分析结果显示,两组婴儿分娩方式、肠内感染及抗生素使用比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,分娩方式(阴道分娩)(OR=0.220,P=0.002)、肠内感染(OR=10.734,P<0.001)、抗生素使用(OR=6.512,P<0.001)为婴儿发生乳糖酶缺乏的相关因素。结论肠内感染、抗生素使用及阴道分娩与婴儿乳糖酶缺乏相关。Objective To find out the relevant factors that give rise to lactase deficiency in infants so as to obtain scientific knowledge to inform practitioners in preventing and treating the disease.Methods Firstly,250 infants(excluding neonates)under the age of one year were chosen as the subjects of study.Secondly,according to the Results of qualitative detection of urinary galactose,the subjects were divided into two groups,namely,lactase deficient group and lactase non-deficient group.Lastly,the influencing factors of lactase deficiency in infants were examined.Results Lactase deficiency was found in 205(82.0%)of the 250 subjects.The Results of univariate analysis indicated significant differences between the two groups in mode of delivery,intestinal infection and use of antibiotics(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that mode of delivery(vaginal delivery)(OR=0.220,P=0.002),intestinal infection(OR=10.734,P<0.001)and use of antibiotics(OR=6.512,P<0.001)were the relevant factors for lactase deficiency in infants.Lactase deficiency in infants was negatively correlated with mode of delivery(vaginal delivery)and positively correlated with intestinal infection and antibiotics used.Conclusions The mode of delivery(vaginal delivery),intestinal infection and the use of antibiotics are the influencing factors of lactase deficiency in infants.
