摘 要:民俗学基础理论既非通过经验归纳得出的“理论”或从其他学科借用的方法和视角,也非“宏大理论”或“元理论”,而是通过逻辑演绎方法得出的学科原理和实践法则。依据康德对人类理性整体的先验划分,新时期中国民俗学基础理论已推论出必然的学科范式格局,即以实践民俗学为本体论、以维护每个民俗之“民”的自由意志能力和文化权利为目的论的“现在学”。The basic theory of folklore is neither the"theory"summarized from experience or the methods and perspectives borrowed from other disciplines,nor the"grand theory"or"meta-theory",but the disciplinary principles and practical principles derived by logical deduction.According to Kant's transcendental division of human rationality as a whole,the basic theory of Chinese folklore in the new period has deduced the inevitable pattern of disciplinary paradigm,i.e.,to practice folklore as ontology to safeguard the free will ability of the"people"of each folklore and"studies on the present"as the purpose of cultural rights.
