甲硫基官能化MIL-101(Cr)负载银纳米粒子复合催化剂的制备及其催化性能

摘  要:用3-(甲硫基)苯胺(MA)修饰金属-有机骨架MIL-101(Cr)(简称MIL-101)得到MIL-101-MA;然后,通过Ag—S键的作用将Ag纳米粒子固定在MIL-101-MA表面,得到Ag@MIL-101-MA复合材料。产品经XPS、SEM、EDX、Raman和XRD表征,结果表明:获到了分散均匀、稳定而不团聚的Ag@MIL-101-MA复合材料。将其用于催化还原4-硝基苯酚(4-NP)得到4-氨基苯酚(4-AP)的反应,表现出很高的催化活性,在室温下反应5 min,4-NP的转化率接近100%。另外,5次催化循环后,该反应的转化率仍高达95%。With 3-(methylthio)aniline(MA)to modify metal-organic framework MIL-101(Cr)(MIL-101),MIL-101-MA was obtained.Subsequently,Ag nanoparticles on the surface via Ag-S bonds was immobilized,and Ag@MIL-101-MA was synthesized.The as-obtained composites were characterized by XPS,SEM,EDX,Raman and XRD.It is found that the uniform and well-dispersed composites can be obtained,which later can be used to catalyze the reductive reaction from 4-nitrophenol(4-NP)to 4-aminophenol(4-AP)and exhibit high catalytic activity.The results show that the conversion rate of 4-NP is close to 100%for 5 min at room temperature.Moreover,the conversion rates of this reaction are up to 95%after five cycles of catalysis.
