摘  要:以麝香草酚、香芹酚和肉桂醛的复合物为抗菌剂,壳聚糖(CS)、聚氧化乙烯(PEO)为基材,利用静电纺丝法制得含天然单萜复合物CS/PEO纳米纤维材料;通过扫描电镜、红外光谱对纳米纤维的形貌、结构进行表征;考察聚乙二醇4000(PEG4000)和吐温80对单萜释放行为的影响;以振荡法分别测试了纳米纤维对大肠杆菌ATCC 8739和金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC 6538的抑菌性能。结果表明:制得的含天然单萜复合物CS/PEO纳米纤维表面光滑,粗细均一;PEG4000和吐温80对纤维中包裹的单萜有一定的保留作用;质量分数为5%的单萜复合物(m(麝香草酚)∶m(香芹酚)∶m(肉桂醛)=1∶1∶1)能在7 d中持续保持对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌100%的抑制作用。The composite of thymol,carvacrol and cinnamaldehyde as antimicrobial agent,CS/PEO nanofibers containing natural monoterpene complex were prepared by electrospinning technology with chitosan(CS)and polyethylene oxide(PEO)as substrate.The morphology and structure of nanofibers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy.The effects of polyethylene glycol 4000(PEG4000)and Tween80 on the release behavior of monoterpene were determined.The antimicrobial properties of nanofibers against Escherichia coli(E.coli)ATCC 8739 and Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus)ATCC 6538 were tested by shake culture.The results show that the prepared CS/PEO nanofibers containing natural monoterpene complex have smooth surface and uniform thickness.PEG4000 and Tween80 have a certain retention effect on the single enthalpy wrapped in the fibers.5 wt%monoterpene complex(m(thymol)∶m(carvacrol)∶m(cinnamaldehyde))=1∶1∶1)continues to maintain 100%inhibition of E.coli and S.aureus in 7 days.
