摘  要:为了探索冬季大棚草莓白粉病生物防治适宜的药剂及浓度,以大棚红颜草莓为试材,选用碳酸氢钠、几丁聚糖、枯草芽孢杆菌3种药剂,每种药剂设置高、低2个浓度,以清水为对照对冬季大棚草莓白粉病的田间防效进行试验。结果表明,碳酸氢钠、几丁聚糖、枯草芽孢杆菌的平均防治效果分别为67.9%、79.1%、82.2%,防治效果较好的为枯草芽孢杆菌,其次是几丁聚糖,防治效果一般的为碳酸氢钠。同一药剂高浓度防治效果显著高于低浓度防治效果,表明在白粉病发生较重时,适当加大浓度有利于草莓白粉病防治。In order to explore the suitable concentration and pesticides for biological control of strawberry powdery mildew in winter greenhouse,sodium bicarbonate,chitosan and Bacillus subtilis were used to control strawberry powdery mildew in winter greenhouse.The average control effects of sodium bicarbonate,chitosan and Bacillus subtilis were 67.9%,79.1%and 82.2%,respectively.The best control effect was Bacillus subtilis,followed by chitosan,and the control effect was generally sodium bicarbonate.The control effect of high concentration of the same pesticides was significantly higher than that of low concentration,which indicated that when powdery mildew was serious,increase of appropriate concentration pesticides was beneficial to the control of strawberry powdery mildew.
