摘　　要：硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)因能同步去除硫酸盐和重金属而备受关注。近年来SRB与电化学技术的结合应用日渐成熟,在污染物产电、重金属去除等多个电化学领域都有良好应用。文中主要介绍了SRB在微生物燃料电池系统中的应用研究,包括其在系统中的电子传递机制、作为阳极和阴极应用等方面,其可实现污染物的高效降解和定量转化。为SRB在生物电化学领域中的应用及机理研究提供了借鉴方法,为进一步研究和应用SRB的电化学活性奠定了基础。Simultaneous removal of sulfate and heavy metals by sulfate reducing bacteria(SRB)has attracted much attention.In recent years,the combination of SRB and electrochemical technologies applied to eliminate contaminants has become increasingly sophisticated.,which plays an important role in removal of heavy metals and electricity generation by pollutants.In this article,the application of SRB in microbial fuel cell system to achieve efficient degradation and complete transformation of organic pollutants is introduced.The mechanism of electron transfer and application of SRB as anodes and cathodes are revealed.The present work provides referential methods for the mechanism research and application of SRB in the field of bio-electrochemistry and lays the foundation for further research and application of the electrochemical activity of SRB.
