黄姜废水处理试验与改造工程方案

摘  要:对黄姜废水进行试验,采用生石灰预处理,投加量为12 g/L废水时,pH值为7.6,其上清液经过滤后,硫酸根为7 100mg/L,去除率47%。采用两级厌氧处理,停留时间各2 d,COD总去除率约为85%,硫酸根总去除率约为50%。好氧处理停留时间为2 d,COD去除率为70%~90%。根据试验结果,对某皂素生产企业废水站进行改造方案设计,采用石灰预处理+两级厌氧+两级AO+二沉池+气浮池处理工艺,可达到行业排放标准。建议提高清洁生产水平,减少废水量,同时以厌氧去除硫酸根为主,减少预处理产生的硫酸钙污泥而造成二次污染,定期更换厌氧反应器内部分菌种,提高处理系统运行的稳定性。The turmeric wastewater was pretreated with quicklime,when the dosage was 12 g/L,the pH value was 7.6.After the supernatant was filtered,the sulfate was 7 100 mg/L,and the removal rate was 47%.Using two-stage anaerobic treatment,the residence time was 2 days,the total COD removal rate was about 85%,and the total sulfate removal rate was about 50%.The retention time of aerobic treatment was 2 days,and the CODremoval rate was 70%~90%.According to the test results,the reconstruction scheme of a waste water station of a saponin production enterprise was designed,and the process of lime pretreatment+two-stage anaerobic+two-stage AO+two-stage sedimentation tank+air floatation tank treatment process was adopted to meet the industrial emission standards.It was suggested to improve the clean production level,reduce the amount of waste water.At the same time,the process focused on the anaerobic removal of sulphuric acid,reducing the secondary pollution caused by calcium sulfate sludge which was generated by pretreatment,periodically replacing some bacteria in anaerobic reactor,and improving the operation stability of the treatment system.
