摘  要:采用热水解的方式对头孢菌素C菌渣进行预处理,确定预处理的最佳工艺条件为:加水量3倍,水解温度80℃,水解时间120分钟。在此条件下,处理后残渣中头孢菌素C残留小于0.50 mg·kg^-1,凯氏氮消减率大于45%,为菌渣后续厌氧消化高效、稳定进行创造有利条件。通过研究发现,热水解破坏了绝大部分头孢菌素的分子结构,而菌渣中凯氏氮的消减只是单纯的物理转移。经预处理后的菌渣与剩余污泥联合厌氧消化,系统进料固含量5%~7%,有机负荷3~3.5 kgCOD·m-3 d^-1,消化时间约20天,可控制系统氨氮浓度在1500 mg·L^-1之内,挥发性有机酸浓度在100~200 mg·L^-1。沼渣头孢菌素残留未检出,其它各项指标均低于《危险废物鉴别标准》(GB 5085.7-2007)的标准值,沼渣肥效成分满足《有机肥料》(NY 525-2012)指标要求。The cephalosporin C bacteria residue was pretreated by the method of thermal hydrolysis.And the optimal pretreating conditions were determined as follows:adding 3 times of water,hydrolysis temperature 80℃,hydrolysis time 120 minutes.Under these optimal conditions,the content of cephalosporin C was less than 0.50 mg·kg^-1 after pretreatment,and the reduction rate of Kjeldahl nitrogen was more than 45%.This provided favorable conditions for stable and high efficiency anaerobic digestion.The pretreated bacterial residue was anaerobically digested combining with excess sludge,the solid content of influent was 5%~7%,the organic loading was 3~3.5 kgCOD·m^-3 d^-1,the digestion time was about 20 days.Under these condition,the ammonia nitrogen concentration in the system could be controlled within 1500 mg·L^-1,the volatile organic acid concentration within 100~200 mg·L^-1.The cephalosporin C was not detected in biogas residue.Other indicators were all lower than the standard value of"Hazardous Waste Identification Standard"(GB 5085.7-2007).The biogas residue fertilizer ingredient met the requirements of"Organic Fertilizer"(NY 525-2012).
