膝关节镜联合六味骨痹丸治疗中老年退行性半月板损伤患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察膝关节镜联合六味骨痹丸治疗中老年退行性半月板损伤患者的临床疗效。方法将74例接受膝关节镜手术治疗的中老年退行性半月板损伤患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组37例。对照组患者术后常规性行股四头肌及膝关节功能锻炼,观察组在对照组基础上给予口服六味骨痹丸。比较两组患者术前、术后1个月、术后3个月、术后6个月的膝关节疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及Lysholm膝关节评分;比较两组患者术后6个月的治疗效果。结果观察组患者膝关节VAS评分降低程度、膝关节Lysholm升高程度均优于对照组(均P<0.05),其中观察组治疗1个月、3个月及6个月后VAS评分均低于对照组,Lysholm评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。术后6个月,两组患者临床有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组临床显效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论膝关节镜联合六味骨痹丸治疗中老年退行性半月板损伤患者疗效显著,可有效缓解术后疼痛,利于膝关节功能恢复。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of knee arthroscopy combined with Liuwei Gubi Wan for the treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with degenerative meniscus injury.Methods Seventy-four middle-aged and elderly patients with degenerative meniscus injury undergoing knee arthroscopic surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 37 cases in each group.Patients in the control group took quadriceps femoris and knee joint functional exercise routinely after operation,while patients in the observation group were administered Liuwei Gubi Wan orally on the basis of the therapy in the control group.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score for knee pain and Lysholm knee score were compared between the two groups before operation,1,3 and 6 months after operation;the therapeutic efficacy 6 months after operation was compared between the two groups.Results The observation group was superior to the control group in terms of VAS score decline and Lysholm knee score increment between the two groups(all P<0.05),and 1,3 and 6 months after treatment,the observation group had lower VAS scores and higher Lysholm scores compared with the control group(all P<0.05).Six months after operation,there was no statistically significant difference in clinically effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05),but the observation group exhibited a higher clinically significant efficiency than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Knee arthroscopy combined with Liuwei Gubi Wan is effective in treating middle-aged and elderly patients with degenerative meniscus injury notably,which can achieve effective pain relief after operation and is beneficial to knee function recovery.
