广西农村居民精神卫生知识知晓率、对精神疾病的态度及其影响因素

摘　　要：目的调查广西农村居民精神卫生知识知晓现状、对精神疾病的态度及其影响因素。方法采用多阶段抽样方法抽取890名广西农村地区常住居民为研究对象,对其精神卫生知识和对精神疾病态度进行调查,并分析二者的相关性。采用多重线性回归模型分析广西农村地区常住居民精神卫生知识和对精神疾病态度的影响因素。结果广西农村居民精神卫生知识总体知晓率为59.5%,而对精神卫生相关纪念日的知晓率不足15%;对精神疾病的态度中仅有3个条目的平均得分≥3分;多因素分析结果显示,性别、年龄、受教育程度、民族是精神卫生知识得分的影响因素,年龄、受教育程度是对精神疾病的态度得分的影响因素(均P<0.05)。广西农村居民的精神卫生知识得分为(11.56±2.31)分,对精神疾病态度得分为(34.07±5.43)分,Pearson相关分析结果显示两者间无相关性(r=0.059,P=0.701)。结论广西农村居民精神卫生知识知晓率基本合格,但对精神疾病的包容度还有待提高。提高农村居民受教育程度或许可改善其精神卫生知识知晓情况及对精神疾病的态度。Objective To investigate the status quo of mental health knowledge awareness,attitude towards mental illness and their influencing factors among Guangxi rural residents.Methods A total of 890 permanent residents in Guangxi rural areas were selected as subjects using multi-stage stratified sampling method,the subjects′mental health knowledge status and attitude towards mental illness were investigated,and the correlation between them was analyzed.A multiple linear regression model was employed to analyze the influencing factors of mental health knowledge status and attitude towards mental illness among permanent residents in Guangxi rural areas.Results The overall awareness rate of mental health knowledge among Guangxi rural residents was 59.5%,while the awareness rate of mental health-related anniversaries was less than 15%;only three items had an average score more than 3 points in the domain of attitude towards mental illness;multivariate analysis results showed that gender,age,educational level and nationality were influencing factors of mental health knowledge score,and age and educational level were influencing factors of score for attitude towards mental illness(all P<0.05).In Guangxi rural residents,the score for the domain of mental heath knowledge was 11.56±2.31 points,the score for the domain of attitude towards mental illness was 34.07±5.43 points,Pearson correlation analysis results revealed no correlation between these two scores(r=0.059,P=0.701).Conclusion Guangxi rural residents have a basically qualified awareness rate of mental health knowledge,but their tolerance to mental illness still needs to be improved.Elevating the educational level of rural residents might improve their awareness of mental health knowledge as well as their attitude towards mental illness.
