摘 要:含钒钢渣作为钒钛磁铁矿冶炼过程中产生的一种工业废渣,同时又是一种具有较高利用价值的二次资源,必须进行有效回收利用。文章根据含钒钢渣的来源、性质等情况,着重介绍了含钒钢渣提钒的研究进展。最后根据攀枝花含钒钢渣的特点以及现有的废酸浸出工艺固废的研究,介绍了钛白废酸浸出含钒钢渣回收五氧化二钒的研究,在实现含钒钢渣清洁化、高效化、资源化绿色利用的同时也实现钛白粉清洁化生产,达到以废治废的目的。Vanadium containing steel slag is an industrial waste residue produced during the smelting process of vanadium-titanium magnetite.At the same time,it is a secondary resource with high utilization value and must be effectively recycled.This paper introduced the source and properties of vanadium containing steel slag.On this basis,the paper focused on the research progress of vanadium extraction from vanadium containing steel slag.Finally,according to the unique characteristics of Panzhihua and the process of existing waste acid leaching,the study on the leaching of vanadium containing steel slag by titanium white waste acid to recover vanadium pentoxide was introduced.This method not only realized the cleaning,high efficiency and resource-recycling green utilization of vanadium-containing steel slag,but also realized the clean production of titanium dioxide,achieving the purpose of waste control by waste.
