摘  要:长寿命的放射性核素60 Fe在天体物理学等许多研究领域中有重要科学意义。利用高能量的HI-13串列加速器质谱(AMS)系统和高性能的Q3D磁谱仪,初步研究了60 Fe的测量方法。通过优化测量条件,利用58 Fe和58 Ni分别模拟60 Fe和60 Ni,获得了仪器压低同量异位素的能力。结果表明,通过ΔE-Q3D系统结合四阳极气体电离室技术,将Ni的干扰压低了10 11。化学方法压低Ni的干扰为10 4。可以预测60 Fe/Fe的探测灵敏度为10-15。The long-lived radionuclide 60 Fe has scientific significance in many research fields,such as astrophysics.A high-energy HI-13 tandem accelerator mass spectrometry(AMS)system and a high-performance Q3D magnetic spectrometer were used to initially study the 60 Fe measurement method.By optimizing the measurement conditions,using 58 Fe and 58 Ni to simulate 60 Fe and 60 Ni,the ability of the instrument to depress isobarics was obtained.The results showed that the interference of Ni was reduced by 10 11 through theΔE-Q3D system combined with the four-anode gas ionization chamber technology.The chemical method depresses the interference of Ni by 10 4.It can be predicted that the detection sensitivity of 60 Fe/Fe is 10-15.
