管壁扇形折叠式无菌保护套的设计与应用

摘　　要：对腔镜手术中使用的一次性无菌保护套进行创新和改进,设计了一种一次性管壁扇形折叠式管状无菌保护套。管壁扇形折叠式管状无菌保护套由按压式塑料卡扣、固定带和管状套体三部分组成。管状套体由聚乙烯薄膜材料制成,管壁为具有多层扇形伸缩折叠的螺纹式,两端开口处设置固定带,固定带上套置有推按式塑料卡扣。该管壁扇形折叠式管状保护套设计简单合理,操作方便,省时省力。经过临床试用效果良好,具有较高的实用性,值得临床广泛推广使用。By innovation and improvement to the disposable sterile protective sleeve used in endoscopic surgery,we designed a novel disposable sterile protective sleeve with fan-folded tube wall.The novel sterile protective sleeve was composed of pressing plastic buckle,fixing belt and tubular sleeve body.The tubular sleeve was made of polyethylene film,and the tube wall was fan-shaped,telescopic and multi-layer type.A fixing belt was set at the opening of both ends of the tubular sleeve body,and a push-type plastic buckle was set on the fixing belt.This fan-shaped tubular protective sleeve has the advantages of simple and reasonable design,convenient operation,and time-saving and labor-saving.After clinical trial,the new protective sleeve has good effect and high practicability,which is worthy of widespread clinical use.
