摘　　要：目的基于信息化技术建立多学科联合精细化管理的临床检验危急值管理平台。方法采用C/S架构与ORACLE数据库,运用Power Builder开发工具,结合临床、护理、检验等多个学科,实现LIS与HIS、EMR、短信平台、PDA等众多医疗系统数据互通临床危机值平台的精细化管理。结果本院的危急值发生率由实施前2.19%降至实施后1.46%,检验科危急值项目通知及时率、护士处理及时率和医生处理及时率都得到显著提升,电子病历危急值缺失率降至1%以内,达到医院等级评审要求。结论系统为危急值管理的持续改进提供技术和数据支持,将有助于提高医疗安全管理水平,降低了医疗风险,提高患者满意度。Objective To establish a clinical laboratory critical value management platform based on information technology.Methods C/S architecture and ORACLE database,Power Builder development tools,combined with clinical,nursing,inspection and other disciplines,were used to realize the fine management of clinical crisis value platform of LIS,HIS,EMR,SMS platform,PDA and many other medical system data exchange.Results The incidence of critical value decreased from 2.19%before implementation to 1.46%after implementation.The timely rate of notification,nurses’and doctors’handling of critical value items in laboratory department had been significantly improved.The missing rate of critical value in electronic medical records had been reduced to less than 1%,which met the requirements of hospital grade evaluation.Conclusion The system provides technical and data support for the continuous improvement of critical value management,which will help to improve the level of medical safety management,reduce medical risks and improve patient satisfaction.
