基于国家电子病历系统应用水平评级标准的儿童医院主数据管理平台建设实践

摘　　要：根据国家卫健委提出的国家电子病历系统应用水平评级标准,本研究对医院进行信息化改造建设。首先,我们搭建了主数据管理平台,对主索引以及主数据进行了规范化管理维护。然后针对历史问题,对患者主索引、职工主索引以及主数据的维护流程进行了改造建设。本研究为后续的集成平台、数据中心建设提供基础数据保障,保证数据统一性。According to the rating standard of national electronic medical record system application level put forward by the national health and fitness commission,the informatization reconstruction of hospitals was carried out.Firstly,The main data management platform was built,and the main index and main data were managed and maintained regularly.Then in view of the historical problems,the main index of patients,the main index of workers and the maintenance process of the main data were reformed and constructed.It provides basic data guarantee for the follow-up integration platform and data center construction,and ensures data uniformity.
