摘　　要：为实现低值医用耗材的精细化管理,杜绝各种非必要的消耗,减少医院的支出成本,我院在借鉴国内已成功上线的SPD服务外包模式的基础上,开发了一套集低值耗材入库、波次运行、库存管理、财务结算、全程追溯等为一体的低值医用耗材信息化管理系统。该系统的运用实现了医用耗材的全流程信息化管理,特别是在对高值医用耗材实现条形码追溯管理的基础上,率先完美实现了对低值医用耗材的追溯管理,使低值医用耗材的使用与患者信息一一对应,做到了低值医用耗材的全程追溯,同时也规范了医用耗材的出入库和结算流程,提高了我院对医用耗材的精细化管理水平。In order to realize the fine management of low-value medical consumables,eliminate all kinds of unnecessary consumption and reduce the cost of hospital expenditure,an information management system of low-value medical consumables was developed in our hospital,which integrated low-value consumables storage,wave operation,inventory management,financial settlement and traceability.The application of this system realizes the whole process information management of medical consumables,especially on the basis of the bar code traceability management of high-value medical consumables,it takes the lead in perfectly realizing the traceability management of low-value medical consumables.The used of this system can make the use of low-value medical consumables correspond to the patient information one by one,so that the whole process of low-value medical consumables can be traced back.Meanwhile,it also standardizates the process of medical consumables’storage and settlement,and improves the fine management level of medical consumables in our hospital.
