摘　　要：目的通过信息化实现医疗设备全生命周期管理模式,提升管理质量,接轨国际水平。方法总结管理成效,在原有信息系统基础上,规划医院资源规划(Hospital Resource Planning,HRP)系统的医疗设备管理总体架构,实现全生命周期各环节信息化管理功能。结果HRP系统实现了设备从申请、采购至维修、报废各个环节的全生命周期闭环管理,为保障医疗设备运行安全提供可靠数据。结论基于HRP系统的医疗设备全生命周期管理模式,实现精细化、科学化管理目的,为设备运营与决策制定提供数据支持。Objective To realize the whole life cycle informational management mode of hospital fixed assets,improve the management quality and connect with the international level.Methods On the basis of the management performance summary and the original system,we planned the fixed assets management overall structure of the HRP system to realize the management functions of all aspects of whole life cycle management.Results The hospital fixed assets whole life cycle closed-loop management from application,purchase,maintenance to scrapping was realized by the HRP system.It provided reliable data for the operation safety of medical equipment.Conclusion The whole life cycle management mode of fixed assets based on HRP system achieves the purpose of refined and scientific management and provides data support for asset operation and decision-making.
