摘  要:人工智能是当今计算机技术高速发展的重要产物,与多学科多领域沟通合作,对人类社会的发展及科学技术的进步产生深远的影响,尤其是与医学影像的有机结合,是最具发展前景的领域之一。本文主要讲述人工智能的发展历史、深度学习与机器学习的基本原理、人工智能在胸部疾病的应用,主要针对肺结节、乳腺癌以及肺间质性疾病的筛查与诊断。人工智能在医学影像学的发展将大大降低临床医生的工作负担,提高诊断的准确率,促进精准医疗的发展。Today,artificial intelligence(AI)is an important product of the rapid development of computer technology.It has a far-reaching impact on the development of human society and the advancement of science and technology,especially in combination with radiology.It is one of the most promising areas.The development history of artificial intelligence,the basic principles of deep learning and machine learning,and the application of artificial intelligence in chest diseases were described in this paper,mainly aiming at the screening and diagnosis of pulmonary nodules,breast cancer and pulmonary interstitial diseases.The development of artificial intelligence in medical imaging will greatly reduce the workload of clinicians,improve the accuracy of diagnosis,and promote the development of precision medicine.
