摘 要:电子直线加速器在肿瘤放射治疗过程中占重要地位,但实际使用过程中出现故障不可避免。本文就我院使用的瓦里安Clinac IX SN-5648高能电子加速器在临床使用过程中偏转磁铁出现的故障现象,从高能加速器偏转磁铁的工作原理出发分析触发偏转磁铁联锁原因,并结合实际故障案例提出解决故障的新方案,为快速排除偏转磁铁联锁故障提供参考。Electron linear accelerator is a very important equipment in tumor radiotherapy.However,failure is inevitable in the use of accelerator.According to the faults occurred in the bend magnet during the clinic use of Varian Clinac IX SN-5648 in our hospital,the reasons of triggering the bend magnet(BMAG)interlock were analyzed in this paper based on the working principle of deflecting magnet.Then combined with the actual fault cases,a new scheme to solve the fault was proposed,which provided a reference for quickly eliminating the problem of BMAG interlock.
