“奇正”思想在《伤寒论》煎服法中的运用

摘　　要：运用数据整理和文字概述等方法从“奇正”角度对《伤寒论》煎服方法加以整理和论述,证实“奇正思想”的指导法则在《伤寒论》方药煎服方法中的指导作用及仲师对方药煎服方法及其变通性的重视,从而引发医家对煎服方法的思考,使不被“水煎日二或日三分服”的常规煎服法所局限。The decocting methods in ShangHanLun were arranged and stated from the angle of″Qizhen″using data reduction,text outlines and others,guiding function of″Qizheng″thinking to the decocting methods in ShangHanLun,and Zhang Zhongjing attaching great importance to the decocting methods of the prescription and its variations have been proved,thus to provoke the doctors′thinking on the decocting methods,while not limited by conventional decocting methods of″water decocted,taking twice or three times each day separately″.
