柴芍六君加味方抑制慢性萎缩性胃炎患者胃黏膜腺体萎缩及机制研究  

Study on the Effects and Mechanism of Modified Chaishao Liujun Prescription in Inhibiting Gastric Mucosa Gland Atrophy of CAG Patients

摘　　要：目的:探讨柴芍六君加味方对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者胃黏膜腺体萎缩的抑制效果及其机制。方法:将慢性萎缩性胃炎患者82例进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方式将其分为胃复春片治疗组(对照组,n=44)以及胃复春片联合柴芍六君加味方治疗组(观察组,n=38)。比较2组患者治疗效果。结果:治疗后观察组患者胃黏膜腺体萎缩分度及临床有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);幽门螺杆菌阴性率为84.2%,高于对照组的52.3%,且不良反应发生情况低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胃复春片联用柴芍六君加味方可有效抑制慢性萎缩性胃炎患者胃黏膜腺体萎缩,其机制可能与杀灭幽门螺杆菌有关。Objective:To discuss the inhibitory effects and its mechanism of modified Chaishao Liujun prescription on gastric mucosa gland atrophy of the patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods:All 82 CAG patients were retrospectively analyzed,and separated into the treatment group of Weifuchun tablets(the control group,n=44)and the treatment group of Weifuchun tablets and modified Chaishao Liujun prescription(the observation group,n=38).To compare therapeutic effects between both groups.Results:After treating,the observation group was superior to the control group in gastric mucosa gland atrophy and clinical effective rate(P<0.05);Helicobacter pylori negative rate of the observation group was 84.2%,higher than 52.3%of the control group,lower than the control group in the incidence of adverse reaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:Weifuchun tablets and modified Chaishao Liujun prescription could effectively inhibit gastric mucosa gland atrophy of CAG patients,and its mechanism might be related to killing Hp.
