摘　　要：从糖尿病肾病的西医发病机制、中医病因病机以及中西医治疗方法方面入手综述糖尿病肾病中西医发病机制及治疗方法,现代医学研究认为糖尿病肾病主要由糖脂代谢异常,氧化应激进而引起一系列炎症反应,以及肾脏血流动力学的异常等因素引起,治疗以控制血压、血脂及抗炎为主;中医特色理论认为糖尿病肾病属“消渴”“肾劳”“水肿”范畴,糖尿病肾病开始于气阴两虚,引起脾肾两虚,因此该病以虚证为本,气滞、瘀血、湿毒、痰湿为标。虚实寒热、阴阳俱损,气血双亏多种病理机制交织,治疗包括中药内服与针刺、灌肠、埋线等中医外治法。Therapeutic methods and the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy(DN)based on integrative medicine are reviewed from the pathogenesis of DN in Western medicine,TCM cause and pathogenesis and the therapeutic methods of integrative medicine,modern medical studies think that DN is triggered by the disorder of glycolipid metabolism,oxidative stress causing a series of inflammatory reaction and renal hemodynamic abnormalities and others,the treatment should control blood pressure,blood lipid and fight against the inflammation.According to TCM-featured theory,DN belongs to the category of Xiaoke,kidney labor and edema,DN starts from Qi and Yin dual deficiency,which could cause spleen and kidney dual deficiency,therefore,deficiency pattern is the root cause,Qi stagnation,blood stasis,damp toxin and phlegm damp are the symptoms,the pathogenesis of DN is intermingled by deficiency,excess,cold and heat,the depletion of Yin and Yang,dual depletion of Qi and blood,various pathological mechanism are intertwined,therapeutic methods contain oral administration of herbs,acupuncture,enema,embedding catgut and other TCM external methods.
