摘　　要：2017年以来,中韩关系进入新阶段,管控住萨德问题影响,重新相向而行,贸易增速明显好转,双向投资保持稳定增长,提升了经贸合作的层次和质量。中韩在反对贸易保护主义、维护地区安全和推进区域经济一体化等多方面有着共同诉求。近年来,中韩经济结构上的竞争性逐渐增强,但互补性合作潜力仍然巨大。为进一步挖掘中韩经贸的合作潜力,两国应深化在贸易、投资、先进制造、现代服务业、能源环保、现代农业、海洋经济及第三方市场等多领域合作;加强政策沟通及对话机制安排,共建环黄海经济带和东北亚超级能源网络,搭建前沿技术开发应用合作平台,推动企业组建投资联合体开展第三方市场合作,夯实地方经济合作基础,不断深化人文交流和民间合作。Since 2017,China-ROK relations have entered a new stage.It has controlled the impact of the THAAD issue and moving towards the same direction again.The growth rate of trade has improved markedly,the two-way investment has maintained steady growth,and the level and quality of economic and trade cooperation have been improved.China and South Korea share common aspirations in opposing trade protectionism,safeguarding regional security and promoting regional economic integration.In recent years,although the competitiveness of the economic structure of China and South Korea has gradually increased,the potential of complementary cooperation is still enormous.To further tap the potential of economic and trade cooperation between China and South Korea,the two countries should deepen cooperation in trade,investment,advanced manufacturing,modern service industry,energy and environmental protection,modern agriculture,marine economy and third-party markets etc.To strengthen the policy communication and dialogue mechanism arrangements,jointly build the Yellow Sea Economic Belt and Northeast Asia super energy network,to build a cooperation platform for frontier technology development and application,to promote enterprises to form investment consortia to carry out third-party market cooperation,to consolidate the foundation of local economic cooperation,and to deepen constantly cultural exchanges and non-governmental cooperation.
