摘 要:高师体育专业学生是学校体育教师的后备力量,而学校体育工作效果很大程度上取决于体育教师的素养高低。论文主要采用专家访谈法、比较分析法和问卷调查法,基于核心素养的内涵,对高师体育专业学生核心素养的标准构建与培养路径进行探索。研究认为,高师体育专业学生核心素养标准包括专业道德、体育技能、自主学习、实践创新等六个维度,并提出专业自觉、立德树人、多能一专等培养路径,为我国体育师范院校培养方案的修订提供依据。The students of sports normal university are the reserve forces of PE teacher,whose competencies to a great extent decide the work efficiency of school sports.By means of experts interviewing,comparative analysis and questionnaire survey,and based on the intension of key competencies,this paper explored the construction and cultivating path of the key competencies of the students of sports normal university.Then it concluded that the key competencies of the students of sports normal university includes six dimensions,such as professional ethics,technical ability of PE,self-directed learning,practice and innovation,and so on.It proposed such cultivating path as professional consciousness,cultivating people by strengthening moral education,having multiple abilities and mastering one special,which provided a basis for the revision of the training programs for sports normal university in China.
