带隙基准电压的智能电阻自动测试仪设计

摘　　要：该智能电阻自动测试仪利用STC15F2K60S2单片机采集AD,智能控制多个固态继电器完成电阻档位量程切换,由OLED128×64完成整数、小数点和单位的显示。该系统可以完成常规100、1.0×10^3、1.0×10^4、1.0×10^6Ω四档量程电阻基本测量、电阻自动筛选等功能,且测量精度达到1%以内。该系统快速、精准,可完成自动的筛选与测量,具有广阔的使用范围和很高的使用价值。The intelligent resistance automatic tester uses STC15F2K60S2 microprocessor unit to collect AD,to intelligently control multiple solid-state relays to complete the switch of resistance range,and the display of integer,decimal point and unit is completed by OLED128*64.The system can be used to measure the resistance of conventional 100、1.0×10^3、1.0×10^4、1.0×10^6Ωfour-range resistor,and to screen the resistor automatically,and the measuring accuracy is less than 1%.The system is fast,accurate,which can achieve automatic screening and measuring,has a wide range of use and application.
