摘 要:探讨“三导向”人才培养模式下药理学教学改革效果和可行性。选取2014级临床医学本科生453人和2015级临床医学本科生418人作为研究对象,两个年级分别设立实验组和对照组,对照组采用传统讲授式教学方法,实验组采用PBL等多元化教学方法。对比了两组药理学课程的理论和实验课成绩,采用多元化教学法的成绩高于对照组学生。三导向指引下的多元化教学法改革对提高药理学教学质量和学生理论结合实践综合素质的培养有重要的意义。To explore the effect and feasibility of the teaching reform on pharmacology based on the“Three-orientation”talent cultivating mode,clinical undergraduates in grade 2014 and 2015 were selected to be researched in the study.The experiment and control were set respectively in the two grades.Traditional teaching methods were applied in control groups while PBL and other teaching methods were adopted in experiment groups.The theretical and experiment scores in the two groups were compared.Results showed that the score in diversified teaching methods was higher than the control group.Diversified teaching method under the guidance of three-orientation is important in improving the teaching quality of pharmacology and the cultivation of students comprehensive quality of combination of theory and practice.
