世界女排锦标赛高水平球队攻防能力等级评价研究

摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法、非整秩次秩和比法(WRSR)、数理统计法等研究方法,以2018年世界女子排球锦标赛前16强球队为调查对象,对比赛攻防能力进行等级评价与分析,旨为中国女排成绩提升提供有价值的参考。研究表明:在进攻方面,日本、中国、意大利、德国、美国队的WRSR值所处等级为B级水平;在防守方面,意大利、中国、塞尔维亚队的WRSR值所处等级为A级水平;在攻防方面,意大利、中国、塞尔维亚、日本、美国、俄罗斯、巴西队的WRSR值所处等级为B级水平。各队的进攻、防守、攻防的WRSR值均与最终排名呈现非常显著相关,具有统计学意义。本届世界女排锦标赛16强球队共分5个档,意大利、中国、塞尔维亚队攻防能力处于第一档水平。本届世界女排锦标赛高水平球队技战术特征表现在:发球的攻击性和针对性强;平拉开、短平快战术运用明显增多;二传球到位率高;强队拦防能力突出;注重团队协同作战效能;对关键球把控能力则成为胜负的关键。接发球失误较多、接应队员得分能力不足、拦网发挥不够稳定;对关键球把控能力不强,是中国队未能取得更好成绩的主要原因。This study evaluated and analyzed the grade of offensive and defensive ability of 16 Volleyball Teams in 2018 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship by the methods of literature review,none-integer-rank WRSR and mathematics statistics.On the offensive side,the WRSR of Japan,China,Italy,Germany and USA were at B level.On the defensive side,the WRSR of Italy,China and Serbia were at A level.On both side of offense and defense,the WRSR value of Italy,China,Serbia,Japan,USA,Russia and Brazil were at B level.The offensive WRSR value,defensive WRSR value,and offensive and defensive WRSR value were significantly related to the final ranking.Teams in 2018 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship were divided into 5 levels,and teams of Italy,China and Serbia were at the first level.Tactics of high level women's volleyball teams in 2018 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship were as follows.The service and pertinence was very aggressive;the offensive tactics was changeable and the speed of attacking was faster;the application of flat set and quick-B attacking skill was obviously increased;toss was high successful rate and the skill of net offence and defence was enhanced;block awareness was high and location was accurate;the pass form was flexible and their speed was fast.The control capability to the critical moment was the key to winning the game.The main reasons why our women volleyball team did not obtain a better score were as follows.Our women volleyball team made lots of failures in catching and serving.Supporting plays were incapable of goal-scoring and blocking.Their ability of controlling a ball were weak.
