摘 要:粉煤灰是一种用于建筑的能源材质,为了提高粉煤灰铁路运输量,对粉煤灰收集输送、存储、装卸、途中运输作业进行分析,把各个环节作为一个整体进行统筹考虑,提出装运一体化方案。在传统运输方案的基础上提出吨袋整车、敞顶集装箱和干散箱三种方案,对这三种运输方式的功能设计、技术特性与适应性等分析,并通过现场试运结果,给出三种运输方式的效果。Fly ash is a kind of energy material used for building and construction.To improve the transportation volume of fly ash by railway,the collection,transportation,storage,loading and unloading,and the transportation operations of fly ash were analyzed.Then,a shipping integration plan was proposed with consideration of all aspects.Based on traditional transportation,this paper proposes three modes of transporting fly ash:ton bag transportation,top-open able container transportation,and 20-foot container.The functional design,technical characteristics,and adaptability of these three modes of transportation were analyzed.The results of the on-site trial operation provide the effects of the three modes of fly ash transportation.
