摘　　要：图书馆联盟在人才和文献信息资源方面有着明显的优势,由图书馆联盟来开展数字参考咨询服务再合适不过,但如何通过福建省高校数字图书馆(简称FULink)联盟开展联合数字参考咨询服务尚是空白。以FULink前三次扩充后的24个成员馆和国内外部分有代表性的图书馆联盟作为研究对象,通过网络查询、问卷调查、电话咨询等方法对国内外部分有代表性图书馆联盟中的联合数字参考咨询服务以及福建省高校数字图书馆24个成员馆的数字参考咨询服务情况进行调查和研究,分析FULink开展联合数字参考咨询服务的必要性和可行性,提出构建福建省高校数字图书馆联合数字参考咨询服务体系的设想。Library alliances has obvious advantages in personnel and document information resources,especially in digital reference service,but how to carry out collaborative digital reference service through Fujian University Digital Library(FULink)remains a blank.Taking the 24 member libraries of FULink and some representative libraries alliances at home and abroad as research objects,this paper investigates the digital reference service conditions of these libraries by means of network inquiry,questionnaire survey and telephone consultation,analyzes the necessity and feasibility of this service,and puts forward the idea of constructing the collaborative digital reference service system of Fujian University Digital Library.
