语言相似度对中国对外直接投资的影响

摘　　要：语言是推动“一带一路”建设的重要依托。研究基于中国与“一带一路”沿线62个国家的面板数据,运用扩展的引力模型,考察了语言相似度对中国对外直接投资的影响。研究表明,语言因素是影响中国对“一带一路”沿线国家直接投资的重要因素。语言相似度对中国对外直接投资存在着显著的正向影响,但这种正向影响在逐年减弱。此外,语言相似度对中国对外直接投资的影响还存在显著的门槛效应。当语言相似度低于门槛值0.05时,语言因素对中国OFDI的作用不显著,当语言相似度跨过门槛值0.05之后,语言因素的作用变得显著。Language is an important support for the construction of“The Belt and Road”.Based on panel data of China and 62 countries along“The Belt and Road”from 2003 to 2016,this paper uses an extended gravity model to investigate the effect of language distance on China's OFDI.Research shows that language is an important factor influencing China's outward foreign direct investment in countries along“The Belt and Road”.Linguistic similarity has a significant positive influence on China's OFDI,but the positive influence is decreasing year by year.The influence of linguistic similarity on China's OFDI also has significant threshold effect.When the language similarity is lower than the threshold value of 0.05,the effect of language factor on China's OFDI is not significant.When the language similarity exceeds the threshold value of 0.05,the effect of language factor becomes significant.
