摘　　要：PLC是为了适应工业生产中复杂的环境而设计的一种工业化MCU,已经成为工业生产自动控制的标准设备,利用PLC设备实时对现场数据进行采集,从而对生产现场进行管理是工业环境下的常见方法。该文为了实现远程监控PLC流水线现场,利用Web技术将PLC的IO信号与动画显示相结合,模拟流水线上的工作情况,从而实现图形化的实时远程监控系统,提高了远程监控系统的可读性、准确性和实时性。PLC is a kind of industrialized MCU,which is designed for the complex environment in industrial production.It has become the standard device of automatic control.It is a common method in the industrial environment that PLC equipment is used as a monitoring center to collect real time data and to manage the production site.In order to achieve remote monitoring of PLC pipeline scene,web technology is used to combine IO signal and animation display of PLC to simulate the working condition of pipeline,in order for the graphical remote monitoring system to be realized with improved the presentation and accuracy of remote monitoring system.
