粤港澳大湾区打造全球跨境电子商务中心的路径与对策

摘　　要：目前跨境电子商务得到了飞速发展,交易规模持续高速增长,粤港澳大湾区跨境电子商务交易规模已居全国首位。如何利用跨境电子商务方面积累的优势,进一步打造全球跨境电子商务中心,是粤港澳大湾区跨境电子商务发展面临的巨大挑战和重大机遇。本文基于粤港澳大湾区跨境电子商务发展的现状,指出了其发展优势,并从人才、平台、物流、支付、政务等角度,分析了粤港澳大湾区在打造全球跨境电子商务中心过程中面临的主要挑战,并提出了相应的发展路径和对策建议。At present,cross-border e-commerce has been developing rapidly,and the transaction scale continues to grow rapidly.The cross-border e-commerce transaction scale of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has ranked the first in China.How to make use of the accumulated advantages to further build a global cross-border e-commerce center is a huge challenge and a major opportunity for the development in the greater bay area.Based on the current situation,this paper points out the advantages of cross-border e-commerce.From the perspectives of talents,platforms,logistics,payment and government affairs,it analyzes the main challenges the greater bay area faces in the process and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
