从流动的社会走向更加信用的社会路径探索——来自广州天河区来穗人员服务经验

摘　　要：广州作为国际大都市、中国改革开放的前沿阵地,吸引了数以千万计的来穗人员,天河区更是来穗人员高密度区域。如果一个良好的社会信用体系比较健全,公正、权威的信用产品和信用服务在天河各个社区普及,信用环境、信用社区,人人讲信用,处处讲诚信,这样的社区将是征信社区。作为政府管理的职能部门——来穗人员服务管理局积极探索优惠政策,鼓励来穗人员讲信用、守作用,并可以获得更高的经济福利和良好的社会服务,建立“职场诚信”“生活信用”制度,提升来穗人员职业信用水平,增加来穗人员的职业信用财富。As an international metropolis and the forefront of China’s reform and openingup,Guangzhou,especially its Tianhe district,has been attracting tens of millions of populations.If a good social credit system is in place,and fair and authoritative credit products and services is popularized in Tianhe communities,the environment and communities are creditable,everyone is in good faith and honest,it will gain credibility for the communities themselves.Guangzhou’s Municipal Migrant Service Administration has been actively exploring preferential policies to encourage migrants to be honest so that they can obtain more economic benefits and good social services,to establish“professional integrity”and“credit life”mechanism to increase their credit wealth to motivate professionals.
