柴芍六君汤加减治疗反流性食管炎肝郁脾虚型患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察柴芍六君汤加减治疗反流性食管炎肝郁脾虚型患者的疗效。方法:以2016年10月-2018年5月我院接收的88例反流性食管炎肝郁脾虚型患者为例,随机分成对照组(44例)和研究组(44例)。对照组采用泮托拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗,研究组接受柴芍六君汤加减治疗。比较两组的中医证候评分和食管病变程度。结果:研究组反酸/烧心(0.93±0.31)分、食少纳呆(0.74±0.22)分、胃脘痛(0.92±0.28)分、腹胀(0.35±0.11)分、嗳气(0.04±0.01)分,相比于对照组均较低(P<0.05);食管病变程度:0级52.27%、Ⅰa级27.27%、Ⅰb级13.64%、Ⅱ级6.82%,相比于对照组均较轻(P<0.05)。结论:柴芍六君汤加减治疗反流性食管炎肝郁脾虚型患者的效果显著,有利于缓解其临床症状,减轻食管黏膜病变程度。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Chaishao Liujun Decoction(柴芍六君汤)in the treatment of patients with reflux esophagitis of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.Methods:Eighty-eight patients with reflux esophagitis of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,who were admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to May 2018,were randomly divided into the control group(44 cases)and the study group(44 cases).The control group was treated with pantoprazole enteric-coated capsules,and the study group received treatment with Chaishao Liujun Decoction(柴芍六君汤).The TCM symptom scores and esophageal lesions were compared between the two groups.Results:The study group had acid reflux/heartburn(0.93±0.31),food intake(0.74±0.22),stomach cramps(0.92±0.28),abdominal distension(0.35±0.11),and hernia(0.04±0.01).The scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the degree of esophageal lesions was 52.27%at level 0,27.27%at grade Ia,13.64%at grade Ib,and 6.82%at grade II,which was lighter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Chaishao Liujun Decoction(柴芍六君汤)on patients with reflux esophagitis of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency was significant,which was beneficial to alleviate its clinical symptoms and reduce the degree of esophageal mucosal lesions.
