中医综合治疗方案对肺心病缓解期生活质量与复发率的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:分析中医综合治疗方案对肺心病缓解期生活质量与复发率的临床效果。方法:选取门诊治疗的120例肺心病缓解期患者作为本次研究对象,分为对照组(基础治疗)和观察组(中医综合治疗),每组60例,观察两组临床疗效。结果:组间治疗效果对比,观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(93.2%vs76.3%);组间生活质量评分对比,观察组患者在生理维度、心理维度评分方面要显著高于对照组;组间复发率对比,观察组复发率明显低于对照组复发率(3.4%vs11.9%);两组患者在临床疗效、生活质量、复发率方面对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肺心病缓解期患者应用中医综合治疗方案,可以有效提高治疗效果及生活质量,同时降低复发率,值得推广。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of TCM comprehensive treatment on the quality of life and recurrence rate of pulmonary heart disease in remission period.Method:120 patients in the remission stage of pulmonary heart disease treated in the outpatient department were selected as the subjects of this study,and were divided into the control group(basic treatment)and the observation group(comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine),with 60 cases in each group,and the clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(93.2%vs76.3%).Compared with the control group,the scores of physiological and psychological dimensions in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(3.4%vs11.9%).There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in clinical efficacy,quality of life and recurrence rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of TCM comprehensive treatment for patients with pulmonary heart disease in remission stage can effectively improve the treatment effect and quality of life,and at the same time reduce the recurrence rate,which is worthy of promotion.
