桂枝芍药汤治疗腰腿痛寒湿证的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨桂枝芍药汤治疗腰腿痛寒湿证的疗效。方法:将2017年3月-2018年3月在我院骨科治疗的114例腰腿痛寒湿证患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上使用桂枝芍药汤治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、疼痛缓解情况、血清炎性因子水平变化。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.74%,明显高于对照组的75.44%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后1周、2周、4周的VAS疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗4周后的P物质、IL-1β、TNF-α水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝芍药汤治疗腰腿痛寒湿证的疗效显著,能有效缓解疼痛,减轻机体炎性反应,促进病症好转,具有积极的临床意义。Objective:To explore the curative effect of Guizhi Shaoyao decoction(桂枝芍药汤)on low back and leg pain with cold dampness syndrome.Methods:114 cases of lumbar and leg pain with cold and damp syndrome treated in our department from March 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Guizhi Shaoyao decoction(桂枝芍药汤)on this basis.The clinical efficacy,pain relief and serum inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.74%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.44%)(P<0.05).The VAS pain score of the observation group 1,2 and 4 weeks after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of substance P,IL-1β、TNF-αin the observation group after 4 weeks of treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guizhi Shaoyao decoction(桂枝芍药汤)had significant curative effect in treating low back and leg pain with cold and dampness syndrome.It could effectively relieve pain,relieve inflammatory reaction of the body and promote the improvement of symptoms,which was of positive clinical significance.
