自拟汤剂联合盐酸赛洛唑啉喷雾剂治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价自拟汤剂联合盐酸赛洛唑啉喷雾剂治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年2月我院收治的慢性鼻窦炎患者88例,随机分为两组,其中观察组44例,选用自拟汤剂联合盐酸赛洛唑啉喷雾剂进行治疗,对照组仅选用自拟汤剂进行治疗,观察并比较两组患者临床疗效与复发率。结果:治疗2周后,观察组临床总有效率为86.4%,对照组临床总有效率为72.7%,观察组其临床疗效明显优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4周后,观察组临床总有效率为93.2%,对照组临床总有效率为95.5%,临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6个月后,观察组复发率为6.8%,对照组复发率为4.5%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:我院自拟汤剂对于慢性鼻窦炎具有较为良好的治疗效果,治疗复发率低,但短期应用效果不明显,联合盐酸赛洛唑啉喷雾剂使用可提高短期疗效,值得在临床上予以推广。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of self-made decoction(自拟汤剂)combined with cilostazol hydrochloride spray in the treatment of chronic sinusitis.Methods:Eighty-eight patients with chronic sinusitis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,including 44 patients in the observation group.The self-made decoction(自拟汤剂)was combined with cilostazol hydrochloride spray for treatment.The control group only received self-made decoction(自拟汤剂)for treatment.The clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 86.4%in the observation group and 72.7%in the control group.The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Afterwards,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.2%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 95.5%.There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy(P>0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 6.8%,the recurrence rate of the control group was 4.5%,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Our hospital's self-made decoction(自拟汤剂)had a good therapeutic effect on chronic sinusitis,and the recurrence rate was low,but the short-term application effect was not obvious.Combined application of self-made decoction(自拟汤剂)and cilostazol hydrochloride spray could improve short-term efficacy and was worthy of clinical promotion.
