盐酸左西替利嗪片联合白芍总苷胶囊治疗皮炎湿疹的疗效

摘　　要：目的:分析探讨联合使用盐酸左西替利嗪片与白芍总苷胶囊治疗皮炎湿疹的临床效果,为临床后续诊疗提供参考借鉴。方法:本研究始于2016年1月,截至2018年1月,以此期间的120例皮炎湿疹患者作为本次研究的观察对象,根据随机、单盲的方法将此120例患者分成两组,在分组基础上采用不同方法进行治疗并对比分析治疗效果。结果:联合组患者的治疗总有效率为93.33%,盐酸左西替利嗪片组患者的治疗总有效率为83.33%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组患者不良反应发生率为3.34%,而盐酸左西替利嗪片组患者不良反应发生率为1.67%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸左西替利嗪片联合白芍总苷胶囊治疗皮炎湿疹的临床效果显著,其治疗总有效率优于单独使用盐酸左西替利嗪片,且不良反应较少,具有临床推广应用价值。Objective:To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of leositirizine hydrochloride tablets combined with total glycoside paeoniflorin capsule in the treatment of dermatitis and eczema,and to provide reference for the follow-up clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:This study began in January 2016 and ended in January 2018.120 patients with dermatitis and eczema during this period were taken as the observation objects of this study.According to the random,single-blind method,120 patients were divided into two groups.Different methods were used for treatment and the results were compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment was 93.33%in the combined group and 83.33%in the levositirizine hydrochloride tablet group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was 3.34%,while the incidence of adverse reactions in the levositirizine hydrochloride group was 1.67%,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Leositirizine hydrochloride tablets combined with total glycoside paeoniflorin capsule had a significant clinical effect in the treatment of dermatitis and eczema,the effective rate of its treatment was better than the use of leositirizine hydrochloride tablets alone,and there were fewer adverse reactions,which was with clinical application value.
